Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for project delivery.
  • You are responsible for securing all rights to content, images, and materials you provide to us.
  • You agree to review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Any delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines and costs.

Intellectual Property

  • All original content, code, and designs created by Lyxorsoft LLC remain our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you, except for third-party materials, open-source components, or our pre-existing assets.
  • We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or project suspension.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Lyxorsoft LLC does not store card numbers or banking information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards. By using our payment services, you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are at our sole discretion and only considered for work not yet delivered. For disputed payments, we kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

Limitation of Liability

  • Lyxorsoft LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or deliverables.
  • We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Your use of our services is at your own risk.

Confidentiality

We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required to deliver our services or by law. You agree not to disclose our confidential information, including proposals, pricing, or proprietary methods.

Prohibited Activities

  • You may not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our proprietary work without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.
